A PAU or AC5 job may be combined with an exempt job (PAE or AC1) if the combined salary is above the FLSA per week minimum ($425 in 2005)

Any Staff Biweekly (or PAO) job should be combined with HR positions only if the staff position is less than 1.0 FTE

An Hourly PERF employee should not hold an HR position within the same RC

Exempt employees should not exceed 10 - 15 hours per week in an hourly job

Any HS positions can be combined with exisiting AC2 jobs as long as the combined hours do not go over 27 hours. Contact Faculty Records (J. Tarter) before processing to check hours balance/available.

Any PAU job can be combined with HO positions only if the the staff position(s) combine to be full time.

Only when combined with full time PAO / PAU positions.

Full time BW1 / PAO ee is on SWB and are doing different work duties during their SWB.
