PeopleSoft 9.0 Transition Documents

The new PeopleSoft / HRMS 9.0 environment became available to the IU community on Thursday, February 21st. The changes for HRMS are minimal, basically new menu paths to follow to get to the information you are used to accessing in the PeopleSoft client. There are no changes to HRMS eDoc functionality with this upgrade to the 9.0 environment.

The following documents were developed to assist you during the transition to the HRMS 9.0 environment.

• Menu Path Conversion 8.0 / 9.0 (Excel) – this spreadsheet provides a side-by-side view of HR menu paths in 8.0 vs. 9.0.

• Academic HR 9.0 Menu paths (Excel) – this spreadsheet details the 9.0 menu paths frequently used by Academic HR.

• 9.0 Search/Match Instructions (Word) – this document provides instructions (including setting user defaults and saving search criteria) for using the search/match feature in the 9.0 environment.
