Action List
The Action List is where documents are routed
that need action taken by an Initiator, an Approver, or a Final Approver.
You will
find your Action List in the HRMS tab in OneStart:
Open your Action List on a daily basis to see
if there are documents requiring your attention. The following is a screen
shot of an Action List and the explanation of some of the options.

In order to complete the action (which will
then remove the document from your Action List, click on the Routing Id as in the screen shot below and then complete the document's action request.
Once you have completed the action, it will
be removed from your Action List.

Use the dropdowns to exclude selected Document
