1. Open Internet
Explorer and enter the following web site address (also called a URL)
to access the OneStart
Portal where the electronic documents are located. Press
the "Enter" key on your keyboard.
2. The OneStart
page will appear. Click
as you will need a Safeword card to get into E-Docs.
3. Enter
your Network ID and Password. Click
the login button.

4. You now will
need to use your Safeword card to authenticate. Follow
the login instructions to complete the Safeword Authentication screen.
5. Click Yes in the Security Information box.
6. Your OneStart
portal home page opens. The
tabs on the top will allow you to navigate where to go. For
access to E-docs, select the HRMS tab.
7. The following
page is displayed with the list of E-Docs (HRMS Documents). Open
your document by clicking on the appropriate link.
Note: This page
includes several additional links that may be useful (e.g. Job Inquiry,
Personal Profile Forms, Online Help, etc.).
8. Your selected
E-Doc will now open. Continue
entering the information into the E-Doc, using the instructions found
in SOS as needed.
9. To
view your Action List, click the link titled Action List on the upper
left corner. It
will tell you how many documents you have in your list. In the example
below, there are 0 documents.
